We are very positive about Livedesk. The implementation was very easy, within 10 minutes we went live with the chat!
Live Webchat is an easy and simple way to get in contact with our website visitors. The website visitors who use live Webchat are very pleased with this service.

The positive aspects are, it is very accessible for everyone, very easy to work with and we are not bound to chat all day because of the dynamic button. One downside is that we must keep an eye for when a chat comes in. This problem is solved with the sound of a bell that will ring for each incoming chat.
